The seed was sown when we, a bunch of MNC employees volunteered as Resident Welfare Association (RWA Committee) members to manage the facility management services in our Apartment complex , Bengaluru / Bangalore. 

 

While handling the responsibilities, we got a better understanding as well as  hands-on experience with the Apartment facilities management services. We were able to identify the pain areas like garbage segregation, water and electricity consumption, manpower issues, finance, legal & compliance issues etc.

 

As we resolved the issues one by one, the living quality improved. We also succeeded in optimizing the cost by promoting sustainable living.

 

We implemented innovative measures using organic composting, solar power initiatives, rainwater harvesting, waste segregation etc. These creative solutions not only brought down the cost but also improved  our surroundings and won the hearts of the residents.

 

Our efforts bore fruits as our residential community won the "Bengaluru Best Gated Community Award" in 2016!

 

That was when the idea of a service based organisation sparked our minds. Uniservice was born out of a desire to improve and elevate the living quality of residential apartments facility management services.

Uniservice took off in the year 2017 with 3 employees. At present we are a top facility management services company in Bengaluru, Chennai & Hyderabad, with 1000+ employees and a turnover of 30+ crores per year. Today we manage 50+ apartments in Bengaluru, and have been rated as one among the top 10 best Facility Management Services companies in the country.
